Recipe of a Homemade Vegan Nutella
70 grams of 70% dark chocolate
125 milliliters of whole coconut milk
210 grams of organic hazelnuts
80 milliliters of honey
A quarter teaspoon of fleur de sel
First, preheat the oven at 180 °C, and then on a baking sheet place the hazelnuts, and bake them for 10 minutes. After this period of time take them out of the oven, and leave them to cool off so that you can easily remove their skin. In order to that wrap them with a clean cloth and then start rubbing it in your hands. Once they are peeled put them in a mixer and turn them into powder.
Now, prepare the chocolate by melting it in a saucepan in a bain-marie. Next, add the whole coconut milk and mix them nicely.
In a blender put the hazelnut powder, the chocolate-coconut milk mixture, honey and fleur de sel. Blend until you get a smooth texture that resembles a creamy paste.
