The preparation with cooking:

The preparation without cooking
Start with juicing out the lemons and thus acquire a 1 liter of lemon juice. Next, peel the garlic cloves and cut them lengthwisein halves. Combine the ingredients and place them in an airtight glass jar. Keep the jar in a cool, dry place without sunlight.
