This mixture can be prepared in two ways: with cooking or without cooking

Needed Ingredients:

  • 20 cloves of garlic
  • Around 2 pounds of lemon

The preparation with cooking:

Start with juicing out the lemons and thus acquire a 1 liter of lemon juice. Next, peel the garlic cloves and along with the lemon juice place them in a blender. Blend till you obtain smooth texture, and then transfer this mixture in a saucepan on low heat. Cook for around 15 minutes once you reach its boiling point. Turn off the heat, and leave it to cool off. Then, store it into a sealed glass jar and keep it in a cool, dry and dark place.

The preparation without cooking

Start with juicing out the lemons and thus acquire a 1 liter of lemon juice. Next, peel the garlic cloves and cut them lengthwisein halves. Combine the ingredients and place them in an airtight glass jar. Keep the jar in a cool, dry place without sunlight.

Keep it for 25 days, and every day shake the jar nicely for around 10 seconds. After this period of time, strain the mixture through a colander.

Use: Take 1 tablespoon of this remedy on daily basis, 30 minutes prior breakfast. Use this treatment for 15 days in a row, and after that pause with it. This treatment should be followed only 3 times a year.

Garlic is a natural anticoagulant, so if you are on an anticoagulant therapy, prior use you should consult your doctor. Likewise, its use is not recommended for pregnant women or for people with porphyria. People who have just undergone surgery should not consume garlic as well.

Overusing lemon can lead to ulcers or decalcification of the bones. Plus, if you often suffer from heartburn or if you have biliary or renal disorders, then you should avoid the use of lemon.
