It is up to you whether you will choose the intake of raw and fresh turmeric to using a supplement. However, the flavor of turmeric for some people is rather intense, and because of that for them the best option is the intake of supplement. Plus, supplements are high in essential oils.

Nonetheless, as for some people supplements are the best option, for some it is not. For instance, turmeric supplements are not recommended for the following groups of people:
