Preparation of ginger infusion:
In a saucepan add the water, turn on the heat and bring it to boil. Now, include the grated ginger and simmer low heat for around 5 minutes. Strain the resulting infusion through a colander or coffee filter and in the end add the lemon juice and honey.
You can include ginger into your salads and as a great addition would be the use of ginger vinaigrette.
1 teaspoon of ginger juice / 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of honey
Mix all the listed ingredients in a bowl and after that stir everything nicely till you get a smooth sauce. Your sauce is ready for consumption, include it into your salads, enjoy its taste and at the same time lose all that unwanted pounds.
When using these remedies as cure they need to be followed only 2 to 3 weeks and not more.
