5 cups of coconut flakes
Half a cup of high-quality protein-powder
A quarter cup of sunflower seeds (or nuts)
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/8 cup of water
Method of Preparation:
First preheat the oven at 300 °F. Then chop up the seeds or the nuts if you choose them. In a bowl place all of the ingredients, and thenmix them nicely. If the mixture is too crumbly, include additional tablespoon of cold-pressed coconut oil and water. Your cookies will have the equal size if you measure them with a cup.
This mixture is enough for 18 cookies. Place them on a cookie tray, and flatten them carefully. They should be baked for 15 minutes.
You can as well as replace the sunflower seeds with 2 cups of coconut shreds.
