Needed Ingredients:

  • 8 chicken legs, boneless and skinless
  • 4 organic garlic cloves, nicely chopped
  • A quarter cup of organic honey
  • Squeezed juice of one organic lime
  • Half a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of Sriracha seasoning, or a mix of your favorite seasoning
  • A pinch of salt
  • Half a teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
  • A quarter teaspoon of chili powder (optional use)
  • Garnish it with chopped fresh parsley and lime wedges

Method of Preparation:

Take a bowl, and prepare the garlic sauce: mix the garlic, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Next, take the chicken legs and sprinkle them with Sriracha seasoning on both sides.

In a non-stackable pan pour the olive oil, and then place it on medium heat. Once it is heated add the chicken legs, and brown them for 4 to 5 minutes per side.

Put the heat on low, and then add the garlic sauce previously prepared. Leave the chicken to cook in the sauce, but make sure to turn it occasionally for 7 to 10 minutes till it is completely cooked. You will know that it is cooked when the sauce becomes thick and caramelized.
