Recipe of Homemade Almond Milk

Needed Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of almonds
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence (optional use )
  • 1 cinnamon stick (optional use )


Put the almonds in a deep bowl and pour over them lots of water. Make certain that there is enough water because almonds accumulate plenty of water. Leave them to soak overnight.

The following day, nicely rinse the almonds, and then place them in a blender. Include the 3 cups of water and start blending; the almonds need to be turned into powder. Drain the solution and then transfer it into a glass jar.

If you want to enhance its flavor you can freely add a stick of cinnamon or a little bit of vanilla.

  • 3 eggs
  • A quarter cup of almond milk
  • 5 teaspoons of agave syrup or 3 teaspoons of stevia
  • 1 vanilla pod of Madagascar


First you need to preheat the oven at 180 degrees.

Then, pour the almond milk in a saucepan and then place it on heat so that it boils.

Next, in a bowl mix the eggs, vanilla sugar, and stevia. The resulting mixture combine it with the warm almond milk. Then, place it into the ramekins and pat a little bit on the counter in order to remove any bubbles.

It should be cooked in a bain-marie oven, but previously place the ramekins in a mold filled with water. Cook for half an hour. Once the desserts have a golden color, then they are ready. Leave them to cool off, and after that store them in your fridge.
