Delicious Recipe for Banana Slice Bread

Banana:

This tropical fruit is loved by almost every person on the planet. It contains a unique taste as it is delicious and succulent with a slightly sweet taste. Needed Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs, organic
  • 3 bananas ( crushed into puree)
  • ½ cup of sugar-free apple sauce
  • 2 cups of flour (preferably: coconut/chestnut or almond flour)
  • 1 tablespoon of yeast pastry
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of honey, organic

Method of Preparation:

Start with pre-heating the oven at 175° C. Take a bread pan (23cm x 13cm), and then grease it slightly and sprinkle it with flour.

In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, and salt.

Then, take another bowl and in it mix the apple sauce and honey. Next, include the banana purée and the eggs, start mixing until you get a smooth cream.

In the bowl with the flour mixture, add the resulting cream and continue mixing. Once everything is nicely combined, pour the mixture into the bread pan. Place in the oven, and bake for 60 to 65 minutes. When it is baked, remove it from the oven and leave it to cool off for around 20 minutes prior serving it.
