Sweet Banana Cake Without Sugar or Oil – Healthy and Delicious

Recipe of Banana Slice Bread

Needed Ingredients:

  • 2 organic eggs
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 cups of flour like coconut/chestnut or almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon of yeast pastry
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 half cup of apple sauce free of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of organic honey


Preheat the oven at 175°C. Then, grease a bread pan with dimensions of 23cm x 13cm, and then sprinkle it with flour.

Take a large bowl, and in it mix the flour, yeast, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix the apple sauce and honey. Then, include the mashed bananas and eggs and start mixing till you get a smooth texture.  Add this cream into the flour mixture, and continue mixing it. Place the dough into the greased bread pan, and then place it in the oven. Cook for 60 to 65 minutes. After this period of time, remove the pan from oven and leave it to cool off for around 20 minutes prior serving.
