4 onions, sliced thinly
2 cloves garlic, peeled and diced
50g of ginger root, grated
7 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
1 pepper, nicely diced
Some whole or chopped mushrooms (optional use)
Method of Preparation:
In a big saucepan place the garlic, onions, mushrooms and ginger. Place it on heat and fry for a few minutes. Next, pour the broth and leave it to simmer. Leave it on heat till all the ingredients are well cooked. In the end include the chopped pepper and stir for additional 5 minutes.
